A specialist Chartered Building Surveying Consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to enhance their Manchester team.
The Associate Building Surveyors’ role
In this role, the Associate Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a sociable and close-knit team, responsible for establishing a new office and growing a diverse client base (both existing and new).
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a variety of residential focused projects, providing key services including building surveys, party wall, reinstatement cost assessments, and building pathology.
This role offers the Associate Building Surveyor long-term career development, with a clear route to Director.

The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally be a business development driven individual with the ambition to be part of an exciting period of growth.
*MRICS / AssocRICS is preferred but not essential

*Proven experience delivering projects independently and successfully
