A growing property development and construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Senior Building Surveyor to help drive the expansion of their Leeds-based team.
The Senior Building Surveyors’ role
As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will oversee the delivery of a wide range of projects, including new-build housing and hotel developments, university refurbishments, and new-build commercial offices, with project values ranging from £50k to £35m.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work with prestigious clients across the UK, offering a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, along with clear career progression pathways.
In addition to leading significant projects, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in growing the team and contributing to the development of this division and service line across Yorkshire.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual with previous consultancy experience behind them.
*MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
*Experience in successful delivering both project and professional services
