Finance Manager | Transport/Logistics | Lancashire/Hybrid | £45,000 - £55,000 + package (temp or perm)
Our client in the Transport/Logistics industry is looking for a Finance Manager to manage and oversee financial operations.
You will take ownership of financial obligations, while coordinating with other teams and managers for day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Monthly management accounts
*Annual statutory accounts & tax returns
*Manage 3 direct reports
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Assist the preparation of budgets & forecasts
*Assist with end of year audit
*Monthly cost analysis
*VAT returns
*Ad hoc tasks
Required Experience:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Must have experience working in Transport/Logistics industry
*Strong interpersonal, Excel and analytical skills
*Experience working with external auditors and the ability to meet deadlines
