Responsibilities
*Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities for children.
*Supervise and ensure the safety of children during playtime and structured activities.
*Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
*Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery space, ensuring it is safe and welcoming.
*Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
*Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment.
*Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in childcare and early childhood education.
Skills
*Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
*Previous experience in childcare or working with young children is highly desirable.
*Knowledge of nursery practices and early childhood education principles.
*Leadership qualities to help manage group activities effectively.
*Ability to drive initiatives that promote children’s learning and development.
*A caring, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.
