Marketing Assistant (hybrid working)
Leeds, LS11
Full-Time, Permanent Position, 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday

Would you like to work within a brand-new exciting development in the Temple area on the South Bank in Leeds city centre? This Marketing Assistant role offers a hybrid position, 2 days working from home, 3 days office based, and offers an excellent salary and bonus/benefits package.
Working within a shared services environment, under the supervision of the Global Solutions Centre Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate and support the Marketing team on client alerts, bio’s, internal newsletters, event invites, client relationship reporting and firm news. Our talented rapid-response team provides full life-cycle administrative support for mission critical projects and innovative solutions to improve our processes and procedures.
As a Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will be:
*Edit content to reflect client-specific needs as part of a cross-functional Marketing and Business Development department
*Assist with development and production of client-focused marketing materials
*Formatting Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documentation in alignment of the firm’s marketing style and brand guidelines
*Save and tag marketing’s digital assets (e.g., images and final project materials) into our content management and document management systems
*Assist with search and retrieval requests and maintains accuracy of content within our client relationship, matter, proposals content, and web/bio content management systems
*Answer basic questions regarding the functional use of the firm’s content and proposal management systems
*Assist with digital production (editing, formatting, distribution system setup) of client newsletters and alerts
*Support Business Development and Marketing team with event preparation; e.g., creating event campaign, sending event invitations and advertising the event
The Marketing Assistant will demonstrate:
*Flexibility to learn new skills and work across multiple Global Solutions teams after the primary focus of supporting the Marketing and Business Development Department
*Work to set deadlines, KPI’s and SLA’s ensuring any escalations are raised timely
*Demonstrate a high level of service delivery; do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritise customer needs
*Working as part of a team embracing operational excellence ways of working and best in class service delivery
*Support process improvement activities and share ideas of where can be streamlined or make processes and procedures more efficient
Experience required for the Marketing Assistant position:
*Experience and knowledge of working within a Shared Services environment
*Some administrative experience in a professional services firm is advantageous along with good organisational skills
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
*Knowledge of CRM systems and Marketing Technology would be advantageous
*Strong focus on customer service and responsiveness, including responding and solving problems effectively and in a timely manner to enquires
*An energetic, hands-on individual with a strong bias for action, someone who commits themselves fully to stretch goals, is receptive to ongoing coaching and development and who is dedicated to delivering outstanding results with a keen eye for accuracy
*A highly motivated team player who contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together to produce superior results
*Ability to solve problems in a creative manner, to grasp and apply new ideas
*Self-starter and initiative to manage priorities and meet deadlines
*Ability to manage multiple and competing demands
*Ability to act and work independently, able to handle interruptions, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
