Platform Technical Lead

Our UK leading banking client require a Platform Lead to help support on an exciting project for an initial 6-month contract.


Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic Leadership: Define and deliver a future-focused technology roadmap that aligns with business goals.
*Platform Management: Oversee integrations and capabilities across D365, API gateways, web applications, and integration patterns.
*Delivery Excellence: Lead a team of talented engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.
*Delivery ROI: Leading delivery team across London , Edinburgh India (team ~ 200 direct)
*Quality Engineering: Foster adoption of best practices, ensuring highest standards in development, testing, and deployment.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to align technology strategy with commercial objectives.

Technical Expertise:
*Deep integration experience with Microsoft D365 or broad technical expertise across D365, API gateways, web applications, and integration patterns.
*Strong understandingof modern architecture principles and scalable solutions.

Leadership:
*Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex platforms.
*Ability to drive strategic vision and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Business Domain
Strong commercial Banking Sales or Servicing experience essential for this role

Innovation:
*A track record of creating value through technology in the financial or commercial sector.
*Stakeholder Management:
*Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business priorities.
