Our client based in the Wiltshire area has a current contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager with strong IT project / programme readiness experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
*Business Change background, working on large enterprise wide IT transformation projects or programmes with a focus on readiness and adoption: change & communication plans, training needs analysis, impact assessments, etc.
*Must have attention to detail and excellent communication skills being able to work in a pro-active & collaborative way.
*Experience of large ERP implementations would be highly beneficial.
*Ideally worked across large organisation, industry background agnostic.
Role is via an umbrella solution and hybrid working with time in the office.
