Job Description:
We’re searching for a number of talented Customer Support Advisor’s to join a dynamic Customer Operations Team in Gateshead. As a Customer Support Advisor at our client’s company, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their users have a positive experience on the platform. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of their organisation, providing exceptional customer service and support to all users.

Key Responsibilities:

*Offer guidance and support to both new and established tradespeople, helping them maximise their membership benefits.
*Retain valuable tradespeople by providing them with exceptional support and creative solutions.
*Handle complaints from our customers, ensuring they receive advice and support towards a positive resolution.
*Collaborate with other teams to develop and test new approaches that enhance user experience.
*Respond to questions and comments on social media platforms and review sites like Trustpilot.
Job Requirements:
*You have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone to suit different situations.
*Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*A flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to meet the ever-changing needs of our business and customers.
*A positive outlook, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well within a team.
*Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new applications and processes.
