Junior / Trainee Insurance Sales Consultant

£22,000 -25,000 DOE 

Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm ( 1 in 4 Saturdays )

Our multiple award-winning client in the Insurance industry are looking for junior sales consultants to join their team in Northampton. They are keen to hear from people with a background in service, sales or are keen to get into a role within sales,  with an outgoing personality and well rounded communication skills.

Key Duties:

*Work as part of a team of experienced consultant handling new business enquiries
*Providing quotations based on customers’ needs and requirements
*This is a phone-based team, servicing both and in and outbound calls
*Reaching out to people that have enquired via their marketing campaigns, website or e-mail.
*Understand customer/clients’ needs and present solutions based on their requirements.
