Job Title: Primary Care Project Manager
Location: London (Remote/On-Site as Required)
Contract Duration: 3-6 Months
Rate: £300-£400 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced healthcare project manager with a passion for transforming primary care? We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Project Manager to lead the rollout of an enhanced scheme project across two boroughs, working collaboratively with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and General Practice stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, manage, and deliver the implementation of an enhanced scheme project across two boroughs
*Collaborate with PCNs and General Practice teams to align project objectives and timelines.
*Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
*Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges to meet delivery targets.
*Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on key milestones.
Requirements:
*Proven experience managing projects in a primary care or healthcare setting.
*Strong knowledge of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and general practice
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
