Our client is an innovative e-commerce brand specialising in premium-quality furniture designed exclusively for children and babies. Combining functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal, their collection includes cribs, highchairs, toddler beds, storage solutions, and more, tailored to meet the needs of modern families.
As the Creative Lead you will oversee the visual and brand identity of the company, ensuring all creative outputs resonate with the target audience of all families. You will drive innovative campaigns, develop compelling product visuals, and create cohesive branding across all digital platforms, including the website,
Roles and Responsibilities
*Develop and execute a unified creative strategy across all brands, ensuring consistency with brand identity and resonance with target audiences.
*Lead and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
*Oversee the production of all visual and written content, including photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting, ensuring top-tier quality.
*Facilitate brainstorming sessions to drive fresh, innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media initiatives.
*Uphold exceptional quality standards across all creative outputs, reflecting the premium positioning of our brands.
*Monitor and analyse industry trends, particularly within the parenting, interiors, and lifestyle sectors, to ensure our brands remain relevant and ahead of the curve.
Requirements
*Extensive experience in a senior creative position, preferably within the parenting, interiors, or lifestyle industries.
*A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, content creation, and campaign strategy.
*Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with knowledge of video editing tools being an advantage.
*In-depth understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling principles.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts to diverse stakeholders.
*Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
*Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat, and After Effects.
