Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Assistant for a housing association based in Merseyside. The role is interim initally until 31st March 2025, paying £18.65 per hour umbrella, and offers hybrid working opportunities.
The role:
*Be the first point of contact for any housing related queries
*Support the delivery of housing and compliance services, including building and estates maintenance
*Provide additional support to tenants when required to help sustain tenancies
*Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments
The person:
*Experience of working within social housing
*Able to deal with difficult customer queries/complaints and diffuse situations
*Excellent communication skills
