Description
*Assisting in the preparation of accounts and financial reports.
*Maintaining accurate financial records and performing regular audits.
*Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
*Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
*Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
*Supporting the finance team with project management and ad hoc tasks.
Profile
A successful Interim Assistant Accountant should have:
*Experience in a similar role at assistant accountant level
*A solid understanding of accounting principles.
*Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*The ability to work well within a team and independently when necessary.
*A commitment to the not-for-profit sector and a passion for education.
Job Offer
*An estimated salary of between £14 and £15 per hour.
*6 month contract, starting before the New Year.
