Job Description:
As a Systems Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related systems. Your responsibilities will include:
*WMS Support: Providing technical support, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems related to the WMS.
*User Training: Conducting training sessions, developing user manuals, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
*Auditing: Performing compliance audits and collaborating with management to address errors and issues.
*Incident Management: Responding to and resolving WMS-related incidents through the helpdesk system.
*Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of WMS configurations, processes, and procedures.
*Project Support: Contributing to WMS implementation projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful rollouts.
*Customer and WMS Rollout Assistance: Supporting the rollout of WMS to new warehouses and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
*Configuration and Optimisation: Configuring and optimising the WMS to meet specific warehouse needs.
*Specialised Solutions: Becoming an expert in WMS-linked solutions and managing their implementation and support.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
*Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing systems/admin or operations
*Good understanding of WMS and their fundamental requirements
*Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
*Proficient in training and coaching team members
*Attentive to detail
*Self motivated & Driven
