Job Description:
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and processes? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, providing the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless employee experience and driving impactful HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, and family leave processes (e.g., maternity, paternity, and adoption).
Ensure accurate and timely administration of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
Support and coach managers on HR policies, best practices, and performance management.
Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to deliver operational excellence and drive key HR projects.
Maintain a deep understanding of employment law and current HR legislation, ensuring compliance.
Promote positive employee relations and manage workplace issues proactively.
Contribute to the alignment of HR practices with organisational goals, driving consistency and efficiency.
About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience: Proven HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor background in a fast-paced, commercial environment, ideally in IT or high-tech industries.
Skills: Exceptional organisational, communication (written and verbal), and analytical abilities.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law, visa/immigration requirements, and performance management practices.
Approach: A calm, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset, able to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent).
Degree educated (or equivalent).
Immediate availability is highly desirable.
