Responsibilities:
*Merchandising: Displaying the watches and jewellery on a daily basis, keeping the store clean and tidy, presentable to the public in the best possible way, Ensure the store is consistently immaculate and visually appealing.
*Small repairs: You will be taught to change watch batteries, straps and minor jewellery repairs in-store
*Consult & Inspire: Offer expert guidance to clients, listening to their desires and helping them select pieces that reflect their personality and milestones.
*Build Relationships: Foster trust and connections with clients, ensuring their loyalty to our brand and guaranteeing return visits.
*Deliver Excellence: Uphold our reputation for excellent service by bringing your best self to each interaction and exceeding client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
*Passion: Someone who can bring the beauty and heritage of fine Watches and Jewellery to life, connecting pieces to each client’s unique story.
*Enthusiasm: Whether ensuring the area is looking up to scratch, helping an elder client with a battery or a bespoke high Jewellery order, we expect the same enthusiasm be brough to every task
*Sales Savvy: You thrive in a retail sales environment and understand how to combine consultative sales with luxury service
*Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail from understanding the watches and jewellery to listening to a clients desires
*Experience in Fine Jewellery or Luxury Retail: Previous experience in a fine jewellery or high-end retail environment is a plus but not essential if you have the right spirit and drive.
What We Offer:
*Competitive Salary: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per Annum dependent on experience with additional bonus opportunities, pension contributions, employee discounts as standard
