Can you play a key role in shaping and delivering the talent and workforce agenda for our Charity? Location: Northampton (flexible working)

The role In this exciting high profile role reporting to our HR Director, you will own the development of our Charity’s approach for workforce development, leadership and talent and be a visible role model across our Charity. As an integral part of the HR Senior Leadership Team, working alongside our two Deputy Directors of HR as well as working very closely with our Deputy Director of Training & Education you will support the delivery of our Charity’s growth and strategic ambitions.Your key responsibilities will include:
*The co-ordination and development of the workforce development plan and delivery of key elements, for example career pathways
*Building and developing our Charity leadership framework in conjunction with our Learning team
*Supporting the assessment of leadership capability across our Charity and inputting to the growth of leadership development approaches as designed by the Learning & Development function
*Leading the development of the Charity’s talent management strategy to ensure that individuals of the highest potential are identified, attracted and developed.
*Working closely with the Deputy Director of Training and Education to develop programmes to support our talent management approach, ensuring it is embedded throughout the organisation and maintaining a culture of continuous learning for all staff
About you
You will bring an in depth understanding and strong track record of delivery in workforce planning, leadership, talent management, succession planning, organisational development and performance frameworks. You will bring proven experience of pragmatically setting and delivering the strategy for these specialist areas, managing key stakeholders both at executive and operational levels in large and complex commercial environments. You will have a strong understanding of leading significant change projects from concept to sign off and be experienced in development and implementation.
You will have both the breadth and depth of skills to fulfil the role described above and high levels of resilience to lead and embed significant change.
