Key Responsibilities
*Provide one-on-one and group support for students, focusing on those with behavioural difficulties.
*Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
*Work closely with teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
*Support students’ overall development, helping them achieve educational and personal goals.
Requirements
*Proven experience working with students with behavioural challenges.
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
*A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
*Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to student support.
Essential Criteria
*Experience working with secondary school students.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
*Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
*Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
*Professional references verifying suitability for the role.
Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
