Job Description:
Churchill Howard are partnering with one of the most well-known brands in Leicester to recruit an FP&A Manager!
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business in their FP&A and Investor Relations team. You’ll take ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering critical insights that drive strategic decisions and shape external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance updates.
Develop clear financial summaries, highlighting key risks and potential opportunities.
Oversee cash flow forecasting and work on streamlining reporting processes.
Produce accurate management accounts and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure accurate and aligned reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified
Previous experience in a commercially focused accountancy position
Excellent communication skills to present financial insights clearly and persuasively.
Experience improving financial processes and adopting new tools where appropriate.
Confidence in questioning and challenging assumptions to ensure robust outputs.
A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
