An exceptional opportunity to join a leading international events organisation. They are seeking a dynamic Events Manager with a knack for engaging with people to lead and ensure the ongoing success of their exhibitions while prioritising client satisfaction!

Your responsibilities on a daily basis will encompass:
*Exhibition Management: Crafting exhibitor manuals, collaborating with the team to devise and execute effective strategies to support the sales process.
*Supplier Management: Selecting suppliers and their services, overseeing logistics and health & safety protocols.
*Venue Management: Confirming all event details, coordinating with stakeholders on event specifics, addressing challenges, conducting risk assessments, managing health & safety protocols, finalising capacities and menus, and agreeing on floor plans.
*Speaker Liaison: Collaborating with partner associations to gather key information about speakers and garnering support from endorsing associations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
*Essential - completely fluent Italian speaker.
*Exceptional attention to detail coupled with outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
*Exceptional Communicator.
*High degree of accuracy in work.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
While a background in events, customer service, or sales would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role.

Salary: Up to £27,000 Hours/Location: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Tunbridge Wells area, Kent (close to the station)
