*Implement and manage financial processes and procedures
*Provide expert advice on all finance-related matters
*Lead the budget planning and forecasting process
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Ensure financial compliance in line with industry regulations
*Oversee the preparation of financial reports
*Support the development and implementation of strategic financial plans
*Manage and mentor finance team members
Profile
A successful Finance Systems Specialist should have:
*A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
*Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
*Expertise in a managerial or associate role
