Job Description:
Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic team.
The role:
This Employment Solicitor role has arisen due to expansion. The team is busy with exceptional quality work, and you will slot in at a senior level to continue to grow and develop the Employment Department. You will join and advise predominantly executive level employees and corporate clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
While a small, loyal client following is desirable, it is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong local connections to the Black Country or Sutton Coldfield areas.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
*Experience working with commercial clients, primarily employers/respondents, but also capable of assisting senior employees
*A strong employment practitioner who is ready to "lift and shift" their practice to a new firm
*Ideal for an associate from a Top 100 firm looking for more progression, free from the frustrations of office politics and excessive internal meetings
*Opportunity for Partnership which is hinged on you and your work as opposed to PQE
