We are now seeking candidates that are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service, can demonstrate great work ethic and are motivated to join a Customer Service Apprenticeship at our local Aberdeen branch. Are you enthusiastic, eager to learn and a great communicator? Then this could be the opportunity for you.
After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. Here you will learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes.
This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you’ll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in management, finance, operations, sales and customer service.
As you progress, increasingly more opportunities will become available to you. You can choose, as most people do, to continue your rewarding ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track. Then - in as little as two years from joining as a graduate - you could become a Branch Manager, in charge of your own team and your own profits. Or you can explore one of many other exciting options within Enterprise including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and more.

Responsibilities
Responsibilites for this role will include, but will not be limited to:
*Providing administrative support to your team
*Providing exceptional customer service in person and via written communication
*Updating internal databases and systems with attention to detail
*Building internal and external relationships and communicating on a variety of levels
Qualifications
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
*Self motivated
*Customer focused
*Good attention to detail
*Good organisational skills
*Good attendance and punctuality record
*Maths and English at National 5 level

*Pay: £7.40 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses
*Hours: 40 per week, working patterns Monday to Saturday
*Apprenticeship Level: Modern Apprenticeship - Customer Service Level 6

*Location: Inverness
