Job Title: Experienced Residential Property Manager
Location: Hampstead

Are you an experienced property manager with a proven track record in overseeing residential properties? We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our property management department.
Key Responsibilities As a Residential Property Manager, you will:
*Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
*Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with relevant regulations and ensure that all properties meet compliance requirements.
*Tenant Management: Foster strong relationships with tenants, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and resolve issues promptly.
*Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise repairs, maintenance, and regular inspections to maintain property standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
*Financial Oversight: Support budgeting and expense management, including monitoring rental income, coordinating billing, and assisting with financial reporting.
*Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential challenges efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tenants and property owners alike.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who embodies professionalism and has the skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have:
*Experience: Proven experience in residential property management, including handling multiple properties. Ideally 4+ years in the industry.

*Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
