Your Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will be the backbone of our advisory team, ensuring a smooth client journey from initial contact through to recommendation and ongoing review. Your role will include:
*Managing appointments and correspondence on behalf of advisors.
*Liaising with product providers and managing the administrative side of new business processing.
*Updating client records and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
*Liaising with Customers
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in a similar role within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
*Strong understanding of FCA guidelines and compliance requirements.
*Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Proficiency in using platforms such as Intelligent Office or similar CRM systems.
*A proactive, client-first attitude, with a desire to support the success of both the advisors and the firm.
