Role Overview:
As an Entry Level Learning Support Assistant, you will be key to helping students with a range of learning difficulties access the curriculum, stay engaged, and build their confidence. You’ll support students in both 1:1 settings and small groups, ensuring that each individual has the tools they need to succeed. Previous experience is not required-we’re looking for someone with a passion for helping others.
You’ll work in a vibrant, supportive environment at a Further Education College in Hertfordshire, where no two days are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or develop your career in education while making a real difference in the lives of young people.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and proactive individuals who are excited to support students in a further education setting. While formal experience in education is beneficial, it’s not essential-we welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, including youth groups, sports coaching, drama clubs, or any roles involving working with young people. Most important is your commitment to helping students with additional learning needs and your passion for making a positive impact.
