Senior Sales Negotiator - Wimbledon
Basic salary - £22,000 + Commission (OTE £61,400) + Company Car or Car Allowance
Five-day week, Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm, including every Saturday with a day off during the week.
We are currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Senior Sales Negotiator, to lead a successful team for our client who are a successful estate agency based in South West London. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a busy sales role, ideally someone that knows the area of South West London and has had previous valuation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
*Targeted monthly Sales new business deals.
*Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and
*financial service successful referrals.
*Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.
*Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
*Always ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in Sales within an estate agency.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.
