Job Description:
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our client based in Gravesend on a Fixed Term 2 Year Contract working on a multi-million pound main project.
Duties
*Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
*Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
*Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
*Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
*Implement SAFe methodologies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
*Maintain a RAID log and ensure timely resolution of any challenges.
*Identify, assess and manage risks.
Requirements
*Degree in a related field
*Proven experience as a Project Manager, 5 years + particularly in marine, port or construction projects.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Risk management and problem solving skills
*Excellent data analysis skills to assess project performance metrics.
*Strategic thinking and planning
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
