Service Advisor
Milton Keynes
£32k per annum
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with 1 in 4 Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Agenda Partnership are working with a great brand in Milton Keynes who are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. This is a full-time role which will require main dealer experience.
The role of the Service Advisor will be focussed on delivering the best customer service ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and managing aftersales requirements.
You will be the first line contact for customers, identifying service requirements, carrying out the departments invoicing and administration.
Key responsibilities include:
*Meeting and greet customers and understanding their requirements and completing the necessary paperwork to enable work to be undertaken.
*Liaise with the Workshop to maximise Workshop efficiency and profitability.
*Inform customers of completion times and payment methods.
*Contacting customers to inform them of any additional work required and issue accurate quotations to gain the necessary authority to complete the work.
*Ensure all customer complaints are courteously and efficiently handled and processed.
*Ensuring customer satisfaction are met at all times through delivery of the company standards.
Experience required:
*Main dealer experience
*Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
*A VAG brand accreditation will be advantageous
