Job Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our FMCG manufacturing facility in Wakefield.

Description
*Maintenance and repair of all production equipment in the FMCG manufacturing facility.
*Ensuring optimal machine performance by conducting routine checks and implementing preventative maintenance measures.
*Complying with all health and safety standards in the workplace.
*Collaborating with the Engineering team to improve production processes and equipment efficiency.
*Troubleshooting technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
*Participating in the development and implementation of new manufacturing methods.
*Documenting all maintenance work and reporting any major issues to the Engineering department.
*Assisting in the training of new team members as needed.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
*Apprenticeship trained
*Demonstrable experience in equipment maintenance within the FMCG sector.
*A deep understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
*Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and department heads.
