Job Description:
Join a fast-growing luxury fashion start-up backed by a prestigious industry partner. We’re seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to shape our financial strategy and support our ambitious growth plans in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Building and refining financial models to support business growth.
*Analyzing key metrics, budgets, and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights on operational performance.
*Developing reports and presentations for investors and stakeholders.
*Supporting stock accounting processes and ensuring accuracy in inventory reporting.
*Conducting KPI analysis to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
*Delivering in-depth margin analysis, including insights on cost trends and profitability.
*Performing stock analysis to understand inventory trends and drive decision-making.
*Providing analysis on actual vs. budget performance and recommending actionable strategies.
*Driving insights into cost of goods sold (COGS) and its impact on overall financial health.
*Assisting with US tax compliance (desirable) and other regulatory requirements.
*Supporting ad hoc financial projects and delivering solutions in real time.
Key skills:
*Proven FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in retail/fashion.
*Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tools are a plus.
*Expertise in KPI tracking, stock/margin analysis, and decision-driving insights.
*Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
*Excellent communication skills

*Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus.
