Telephone Account Manager
Specialist Mortgages
REMOTE
£32-37k plus commission
We are working closely with a client, who are looking for a fully remote Telephone Account Manager. The Telephone Account Manager will provide a telephone based service for those broker customers not serviced by face to face. The role of the TAM is to provide similar services to the Business Development Manager but over the phone.
Key responsibilities:
*Achieve personal sales targets and contribute towards the overall sales team target.
*Service and promote solutions in accordance with best practice principles.
*Ensure TCF is always a consideration in planning, day-to-day activity and outcomes.
*Responsible for growing the enquiry levels from a defined panel of Intermediaries who have all supplied business in the last 12 months
*Collaborate with BDM colleagues to ensure sales growth is maximised from Companies aligned to the defined panel
*Achieve high standards of customer service scores.
*Constantly look to improve own skill levels by looking for new best practices.
*Responsible for ensuring our CRM accurately reflects the conversations held with brokers.
*Responsible for managing follow up activity with brokers.
*Take responsibility for compliance standards, ensuring sales are made in a compliant manner and regularly review customer process and conversion activities.
*Communicate customer feedback in order to drive positive product and operational change.
Skills and experience:
*Commercial-minded, analytical, passionate, resourceful and imaginative
*Confident and articulate enough to influence change.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
*Strong planning, organisation and performance management skills
*Working knowledge of the Intermediary sector
