Job Description:
Your new firm
This premier firm are top of their game in the Banking sector, advising high-profile domestic and international clients on complex cross-border transactions. With a growing Bristol-based Banking team which works hand in hand with the firm’s London team, a need has arisen to recruit a Banking lawyer to join their award-winning team.
Your new role
Working closely with teams of lawyers in Bristol, London and across this firm’s network of international offices, you will have the opportunity to advise and support an enviable client base on the full raft of transactional and general banking matters.
You will enjoy early responsibility and be exposed to City quality and complexity of work, all with the benefit of being based in the Southwest. You will have the opportunity to expand your existing experience with exposure to everything from Corporate lending and all varieties of financing, to corporate trustee work and restructuring.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a Banking lawyer with an excellent academic background who has trained and worked for a leading City, International or respected national practice and have enjoyed exposure to a varied and broad transactional and general banking caseload.
This role offers the benefit of City quality projects work, with all the benefits of living and working in the Southwest and would suit someone already established in the Southwest or someone looking to move out of London but not compromise on the quality of work they handle.
What you’ll get in return
This is a standout opportunity in the current market to join an ambitious and growing international practice that will provide you with excellent prospects and plenty of room for career development in this growing team.
With both flexible and hybrid working options available, this is a great opportunity that would suit full or part-time lawyers, and those already in the Southwest or those looking to relocate to the Southwest in the future.
What you need to do now
If you are interested in applying for this position or would like some further details, please contact Hays Legal. If this job isn’t quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact Sheldon Carlisle in complete confidence at Hays Legal.
We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
