Job Description:
Wealth Management Firm
Work with 3 Chartered Advisers
My client is a well-known Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) with a full suite of mortgage brokers and financial advisers that has been serving local HNW families, retirees, and HNW private individuals for many years. They are headquartered close to Weybridge. I have established excellent relationships with the directors and hired two employees. Although they do have clients farther away, their main clientele is concentrated around London, Hampshire, Surrey, and Berkshire. Cases contain investable assets ranging from £500,000 to £5 million or more. The advisers acquire new business by referrals and recommendations, and the company maintains very long-standing relationships. The company’s primary areas of focus include bonds, ISAs, pensions, investments, tax preparation, retirement planning, IHT planning, estate planning, and more.
To support him and the team as a whole, the Managing Director is looking for an experienced administrator to join the team. Since "Intelligent Office" is their primary CRM, familiarity with the system will be very beneficial, but training is available. Obtaining financial information, draughting valuation and authority letters, onboarding and processing new business, performing AML checks, corresponding with clients and product providers, and assembling all meeting materials and documentation will be among your tasks. The company makes use of a variety of systems, including Transact, Elevate, Quilter, Aviva, and Standard Life Wrap. Initially, this position is office-based, but after a few months, you can work from home once you’ve established yourself.
You will benefit from study support for any exams you are undertaking, accessible parking, extensive exposure to working with a Paraplanner and an experienced adviser with HNW cases. The role will pay up £30k - £38k basic salary. You will receive a full induction, a generous 25-day holiday allowance as well as an excellent pension contribution. You will be enrolled onto the bonus scheme and benefits package.
If this role of interest, please get in touch with Sam at Financial Divisions.
