Customer Service Administrator
Fixed Term Contract- until 30/09/2025

Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.
Hyde is one of the UK’s leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working within the Product Quality Team to provide an efficient, flexible and professional customer service function.
Responsibilities
*Provide an excellent customer focused front line service along with managing the customer journey on behalf of the Product Quality Team and Hyde to their new purchasers and those renting newly built homes.
*Act as first point of contact for residents ensuring any requests, queries and problems associated with their new build homes are resolved in a manner that improves overall customer satisfaction/experience.
*Organise, schedule and co-ordinate appointments with both external and internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring a smooth operation timetable.
*Work in collaboration with external build contractors, Construction Project Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams and other internal Hyde departments to deliver high standard of service to all customers moving into their newly built properties.
*Raise any non-compliance or process failures with Managers as set out in the Risk management framework, encompassing Health & Safety, Data Protection and management controls or compliance with all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements.
Skills and Experience Required
*Strong Customer Service skills
*Experience working within Admin or Customer Services
*Proficient with MS Office
