�? Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant for Year 3 & 4 Class �?
Are you passionate about education and love making a difference in the classroom? We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, to support Year 3 and Year 4 students in their learning journey.
The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide dedicated support to pupils during lessons, helping them achieve their best.
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
*Support the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
*Work with small groups or individual students, adapting to their specific needs.
*Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have:
? Proven experience supporting children within a classroom setting, preferably at Key Stage 2.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
? A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to education.
? A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Desirable *Relevant qualifications in education or child development (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3).
*Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with additional needs or SEN.
?? Start Date: ASAP - Interviewing next week
?? Location: Northampton
?? Contract Type: Full Time Monday- Friday Term Time Only
