Job Description:
The organisation seeks a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs and solutions, contributing to process improvements that align with strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to drive effective change and ensure continuous development.
Salary:
Key Responsibilities:
*Process Documentation: Maintain and update detailed current and future process maps and SOPs for transparency and standardisation.
*Process Improvement: Lead initiatives for process enhancement to boost efficiency, ensure compliance, and align with organisational goals.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, secure buy-in, and promote collaboration.
*Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report KPIs related to business processes, providing insights for continual improvement.
Requirements:
*Proficiency in process modelling (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC).
*Experience with methodologies like Agile or Lean.
*Familiarity with enterprise systems and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
*Strong documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
*Effective at managing priorities and facilitating meetings.
