Overview:
Working for an established and well regarded recruitment consultancy, you will identify and engage clients within the Education, Training and Charity sectors (think Schools, Colleges, Universities, Apprenticeship & Employability Providers).
You will expand our client portfolio and brand, while identifying opportunities for new business growth and diversification.
A typical week:
*Identify, engage & win new clients
*Expand company presence, brand & reach
*Reignite old accounts
*Engage with sector events, forums & networks
*Work closely with Consultants to deliver success
You’ll need the following:
*2 years B2B experience in Recruitment, Apprenticeships or Employability
*Confident with LinkedIn & cold call engagement
*Proactive & consultative sales approach
*Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
