Job Description:
Product Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join a leading organisation based in the UK.
Rate - £550 per day inside ir35
Duration - 6 Months with the opportunity of extension
Location - London - twice a week onsite
Clearance - NPPV3 and SC
Key Responsibilities:
*Product Management: Lead the development and delivery of products, managing the entire product lifecycle in a regulated environment.
*CNI and Security Requirements: Apply your strong understanding of CNI, including managed change processes, security requirements, and risk management, to ensure products meet the necessary standards and regulations.
*Agile and User-Centered Design: Utilize Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles to deliver solutions that are both user-driven and development-friendly, ensuring a balance between business goals and user needs.
*Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data, performance metrics, and user feedback to make informed decisions that drive continuous product improvements.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise communication tailored to the audience, and facilitating collaboration across teams.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
*Proven experience as a Product Manager in a complex, regulated environment (public sector or CNI experience is highly desirable).
*Strong understanding of CNI, security requirements, risk management, and managed change processes.
*Expertise in Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
*Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
