Role Responsibilities *Leading the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse client base, including large groups and SMEs
*Overseeing the full audit lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with ISAs and UK GAAP
*Managing and growing a portfolio of audit clients, maintaining strong relationships as their trusted advisor
*Providing technical expertise and insights to support clients’ financial strategies and business growth
*Leading business development efforts, identifying opportunities for new clients and service offerings
*Mentoring and developing the audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
*Contributing to the firm’s overall strategic objectives and representing the audit practice at internal and external forums
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the firm’s quality standards across all audit engagements

Candidate Requirements *ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
*Significant post-qualification experience in audit and assurance, including at a senior management level
*Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements for a range of clients
*Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance
*Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive business development
*Exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing high-performing teams
