Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Temporary Ongoing Administrator. This is a diverse and dynamic role, providing essential support across various functions within the company. If you are an experienced administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm
Immediate start
£12.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities: *Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
*Organise and maintain office systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
*Handle phone calls efficiently and professionally, representing the company in a positive manner.
*Manage diaries and emails to ensure effective scheduling and communication.
*Take and distribute accurate minutes during meetings.
*Provide HR admin support including maintaining employee records and assisting with various HR tasks.
*Organise travel arrangements for staff members, including booking transportation and accommodation.
*Assist with office management administration, including supplies ordering and office maintenance coordination.
*Provide support with the company website and social media platforms to ensure content is up to date.
*Assist with company event planning and provide administrative support during events.
Key Skills and Experience: *Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with excellent working knowledge.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Previous experience in administration or office management is essential.
*A proactive approach and a can-do attitude to tackling various tasks.
The Ideal Candidate: *Is a reliable and self-motivated individual.
*Has previous experience in a similar administrative role.
*Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
*Has a keen interest in supporting the smooth running of a busy office environment.
