Role Overview:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including:
*Sales and purchases of business premises
*Transactions involving agricultural land
*Buying and selling of registered and unregistered land
*Commercial landlord and tenant lease matters
Candidate Profile:
*The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law
*Must be local to or able to commute to Barnsley
