Job Description:
Make a Difference in People’s Lives - Work as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in Ashington

Randstad is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a CPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Full time work available - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
*Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
*Provide individual, family, and group therapy
*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
*Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
*Advocate for the well-being of your patients
Qualifications:
*Valid NMC pin
*Nursing degree
*Min. 6 months Experience working in the community
*Specific experience with addictions and substance misuse essential.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Passion for mental health and a commitment to patient-centered care
