Job Description:
UK Staffing Group is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of our leading clients. In this role you will be working for an award-winning family ran civil engineering company.

Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal Senior QS will be skilled and motivated to ensure projects are completed on budget and to the highest standards. You will manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion and defects liability, while overseeing contractual obligations and identifying cost-effective solutions. Strong communication skills are essential to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, internal teams, and supply chain partners.
Essential:
*Experience with managing Cost Plans
*Experience as a QS within the Rail Sector
*Worked NEC3/4 Contracts
Desirable:
*Outgoing
*Good at dealing with clients
