Job Description:
Finance Assistant (SAP Essential)
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance? Our client, a leading organisation in the Liverpool area, is currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. With a duration of 3-6 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and contribute to a thriving finance department.
Responsibilities:
*Utilise SAP for various data entry tasks within the finance department
*Support the purchasing and sales functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
*Assist with finance-related duties, such as processing invoices and expenses
*Create helpful how-to guides and crib sheets to assist your colleagues
What we offer:
*A temporary contract with a duration of 3-6 months
*Monday to Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week from 9am to 5pm
*A competitive pay rate of £15/16 per hour
*An opportunity to work within a dynamic finance team and gain valuable experience
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar finance role is desirable
*Proficiency in using SAP for data entry is essential
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
