The ideal candidate will handle a caseload dealing with:
*Will drafting, to include complex and living
*Probate
*Estate planning
*Family inheritance/Capital Gains Tax
*Inheritance tax planning
*Trusts
*Elderly care
*Lasting powers of attorney
There is an existing caseload of work to pick up and the firm can largely rely on a dedicated client base offering repeat business and referrals.
You will be supported by a full-time private client legal assistant.
