Roles and Responsibilities Teaching Assistant (TA):
*Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
*Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
*Assisting with classroom preparation and resources.
*Encouraging positive behaviour and a love for learning.
*Supporting children with additional learning needs where required.
Cover Supervisor:
*Managing a classroom in the teacher’s absence.
*Delivering pre-prepared lessons to ensure learning continues.
*Maintaining classroom order and fostering a positive learning environment.
*Building strong relationships with students to support their development.
