Job Description:
Finance Manager | Transport | Lancashire - Hybrid | £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + bonus
A well-known International Transport are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. This will be an integral role within the business, delivering management and statutory reporting across multiple entities and currencies. This role will give you a small team to manage, lots of senior stakeholder visibility and the opportunity to visit some of their international sites.
What you will be doing:
*Manage the month end close processes for the Group, UK & APAC
*Responsible for management and statutory reporting
*Manage AP & AR teams
*Responsible for capex and fixed asset budgets
*Advise the business on potential risks and opportunities and provide suitable action
*Manage direct reports, assisting with their development and training
What we are looking for:
*Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Audit experience essential
*Multi-currency experience ideal
*Interest in Transport/Logistics
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and previous experience using an ERP ideal
