Key Responsibilities of a Renewals Executive:
*Working collaboratively with colleagues in other business units to ensure the right business insurance is provided for clients
*Providing full management of commercial renewals to customers to ensure the best outcomes are achieved
*Working towards targets to improve renewal retention across the business
*Providing customers with full support on the renewal including advise on additional benefits
*Ensuring regulatory and legal requirements are adhered to
Key Skills and Experience of a Renewals Executive:
*You should have experience with either commercial or property insurance
*Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance
*Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels
*An enthusiasm for insurance and providing the very best experience for the customer
*An ability to make informed decisions quickly
