After recent growth within this fast-paced PE backed business, I am now looking for an ambitious Management Accountant to join their dynamic team based just outside of Walsall (hybrid work on offer).
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal part in the company’s further expansion by looking after several highly profitable entities from a financial perspective while interacting with the Senior Finance Manager on a regular basis on more strategic based projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation of monthly management accounts for several evolving entities.
*Variance analysis and commentary on performance against budget and forecast.
*Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, able to put controls in place.
*Support the Senior Finance Manager and Group Reporting Manager with ad-hoc projects as required.
*Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiencies across the finance function.
Key Requirements:
*Part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
*Experience as a Management Accountant in a fast-paced environment, preferably with exposure in construction or manufacturing industry.
*Ambitious with strong commercial acumen and proven business partnering skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
